With an illustrious career spanning over 27 years in financial management and strategic planning, Mr. Sethi has consistently demonstrated exceptional skill in driving financial success and strategic growth across sectors.
In his new role, Mr. Sethi will be responsible for overseeing Lava’s financial operations, enhancing financial systems and processes, and steering company's fiscal strategies to support its growth plans. His appointment is in line with Lava's vision to strengthen its leadership team for building a global Indian technology enterprise, rooted to a culture of corporate transparency, governance and innovation.

Throughout his career, Mr. Rajesh Sethi has established himself as an expert in Finance with leadership roles at prominent organisations like Bharti Airtel, Telenor Group, Essar Group and STER Group. He carries a fellowship from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India besides being an Associate Member of Institute of Cost & Management Accountants of India.
